Ik zou nooit meer deze excursie via Tui met de bus boeken. We moesten al om 16.00 uur bij de bus zijn terwijl het park tot 18.00 uur open is. Echt onbegrijpelijk! Ik zou de volgende keer altijd met met de auto gaan zodat je zelf de eindtijd kunt bepalen. Naderhand klacht ingediend bij TUI maar ze verwijzen er gewoon naar dat de dag tussen de 4 en de 8 uur zal duren; dit is in mijn ogen een te ruim begrip.
