This trip was pre booked in advance of our holiday. We made our way to the meeting point on the day of the trip and was told by the tour guide, we were not listed/ booked. The tour guide gave is a number to call. Which we did and was told they had cancelled the trip. I had not received any communication? They said they had emailed me. Upon checking the email had gone into my junk mail. I was also told the trip had been cancelled due to logistics. Overbooked maybe? Still waiting for a refund.
