What to expect

Hop aboard the fastest elevator and head straight up to the 124th and 125th floors of the Burj Khalifa. Experience stunning panoramic views of the Dubai skyline, the ocean, and the desert from the observation deck of the highest structure in the world.

Combine your experience with a complimentary soft drink or a light snack at The Cafe on the ground level of the Burj Khalifa. The special treats you will experience are prepared by Executive Chef Jerome Lagarde, who with his 20 years of experience assures an experience every bit as memorable as the view.

Meeting point:

Present your ticket directly at the Burj Khalifa entrance, located on the lower ground level of Dubai Mall. Plan to arrive at the Burj Khalifa at least 15–20 minutes before your scheduled admission time.

Burj Khalifa Levels 124 and 125: Monday to Sunday from 8.30am to 3.30pm and 6.30pm to 11.00pm. The Cafe: Monday to Sunday from 9.00am to 8.30pm
The Cafe visit will take place after you visit the observatory on your return to the ground level
Infants (age 0-2) do not need a ticket, admission is free of charge
