Afterwards, experience the "Best of Mozart" concert in the historic atmosphere of either the Golden Hall/Arms Hall/Castle Hall with Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart's most famous chamber music. • White wine soup with roasted Marcona almonds
• Braised veal "Tafelspitz" from local grass-fed veal with port wine sauce on potato gratin & grilled asparagus OR Salzburger trout fillet "Müllerin Art" with parsley potatoes
• Salzburger Nockerl-Fluffy egg soufflé with vanilla cream & berries
