The only problem we went to Thule glass Museum first and they had to go through a lot to find our tickets that we bought through you. They finally did find them, but I had no idea we were going through the space needle

I mistakenly bought 9 tickets for the wrong day for the Space Needle and Chihuly visit. The policy was no refunds or exchanges. We were not even going to be in Seattle on the day I bought them for. The customer service GRACIOUSLY reached out to the venue and they switched our tickets!

Had my buddy fly into SeaTac, and I was looking for ways to show him WA. We had a reservation on Sunday at 6:30pm, and most things closed by 5pm. We were early, and they accommodated us at both locations, would recommend this experience.
