El respeto por las técnicas tradicionales continúa en la tienda de encuadernación de Bertucci Romani. Descubre el laboratorio que se encuentra encima de la tienda, normalmente cerrado al público. Verás el proceso de encuadernación y la creatividad de los propietarios a la hora de personalizar tarjetas, carteles y cajas para todo tipo de ocasiones y eventos.
Seguirás con una visita al Laboratorio Cagliani, de gestión familiar, donde presenciarás el intrincado proceso de dar una nueva vida a muebles atemporales. El taller Cagliani está especializado en la restauración siguiendo las mismas técnicas que se emplearon en la fabricación de la pieza original, y mantiene el espíritu de antaño.
La última parada es el taller Uroburo. Es una joyería, un laboratorio de oro y una cooperativa: promueven la sostenibilidad medioambiental al utilizar materiales puros de comercio justo, así como la integración social, al contratar a personas con enfermedades mentales para así darles la oportunidad de aprender un oficio.
Terminarás con una comida típica milanesa en una trattoria local del barrio de Isola.
