What to remember

Not suitable for:

  • Wheelchair users.

Restricted access:

  • Please note that access to the benches and locker rooms is not allowed on match days or the day before a match.

Not allowed:

  • No animals are allowed, except guide dogs, which must be accompanied by official documentation.

Know in advance:

  • Hold onto your ticket until you finish your tour, as staff will request it when you leave to control capacity.
  • The tour includes the Museum, panoramic view of the stadium, exclusive photo opportunities (optional purchase), the dressing rooms, the benches, and the official store. Please note that the turf on the pitch has been temporarily removed.
  • The ticket includes your visit to the entire Museum. Valid only for the date selected. Access to the Museum will be limited using capacity control.
  • This ticket is valid for the chosen date, and you can visit the stadium at any time during opening hours.
  • This ticket is not valid for weekends, holidays, or match days.
  • Children under 5 years old have free admission.
  • Due to various events held at the stadium, the route and timing of the visit may vary.

Remember to bring:

  • Relevant documentation for guide dogs, reduced-price tickets, and Madridista discount tickets.
