Der Service und das Afternoon-Tee-Angebot war sehr gut. Die Erklärung zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten entlang der Themse war sehr informativ, wenn man englisch versteht, jedoch sehr laut. Dadurch war eine Unterhaltung stellenweise nicht möglich. Ich finde diesen Ausflug sehr gelungen und empfehlenswert.
