Present your ticket directly at the Burj Khalifa entrance, located on the lower ground level of Dubai Mall. Plan to arrive at the Burj Khalifa at least 15–20 minutes before your scheduled admission time. Dubai Opera tours depart from Plaza Box Office. The Box Office is located in the Opera Plaza on Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard.
