It was very difficult to hear the narrator talking about what was happening in the arena. I'm also fairly certain that she was saying lots more in German then the English version. The session was advertised as in English I'm sure. I'd liked to have been told what they were getting the horses to do and why. It should also be started on the booking that there are considerable steps up to the balcony area.

I didn’t expect it to be a show but it was a few horses walking round not even really training just giving them a walk round I wouldn’t recommend it

There needs to be more information about accessibility of the venue and the staff should be a bit more patient and polite. The experience of seeing the horses was amazing but lack of information let the overall experience down.

Just repetitive

After arriving by taxi to the event to be told the trip was cancelled. With no communication from tui what so ever.

Lovely experience. Venue was wonderful and easy to get to from directions etc given by staff
