Weg van de stranden en bars van Benidorm, vang je bij wijnmakerij Mendoza een glimp op van het echte Spanje. Tijdens een rondleiding kom je meer te weten over de geschiedenis en het proces van wijnmaken. En je gaat naar het tuinterras om zelf wat te proeven. Van frisse witte wijnen tot rijke rode wijnen, dit is een smaakvolle kennismaking met alles wat met wijn te maken heeft.

Als je zelf naar Alfaz Del Pi gaat, kom je bij de Mendoza wijnmakerij. Deze wijnmakerij is in de jaren 70 gebouwd door Enrique Mendoza en combineert moderne wetenschap met eeuwenoude technieken. Met als resultaat een paar van de beste wijnen in de regio.

Tijdens een rondleiding van twee uur door hun rijpingskelders ontdek je de verschillende wijnen die ze produceren. Daarna ga je naar het sfeervolle tuinterras, waar je de kans krijgt om een selectie van hun beste wijnen te proeven. Allemaal vergezeld van een perfect bijpassend hapje.
