I booked a transfer from bus stop 9. Was collected from bus stop 9 but told on the way back I had to walk from bus stop 12. Not 100% what I paid for or expected.

Had a query regarding transfer as I received a different pick up location to what I booked. TUI dealt with it promptly and it was sorted and went smoothly.

Amazing experience, would definitely do it again. Just a tad expensive for entrance and drinks

It was a little confusing regarding transfers - but the Sky Lagoon itself was super.

- the info provided from trip company for where to be picked up was different from the one Tui provided this caused confusion. - we could have got the shuttle bus ourself for cheaper if we’d have known that’s what it was we thought it would be a direct bus to sky lagoon. - no guide was there - we also didn’t realise the timing 2:30hours would include travel there so actually we only had around 1.5 hours in the lagoon the rest was travel
