The preserved manor house is now a museum that tells the story of how locals lived day-to-day, with examples of their agricultural tools and crafts. You'll have the chance to taste some traditional nibbles and drinks here, like wine, honey and sobrasada – a type of cured sausage.
Then, it's onto something from Mother Nature's pantry – the Hams Caves. You'll see stalactites with distinctive hooks, ‘Hams' in Spanish, which were 10 million years in the making.
